1. Our Service Process

• We develop the agreed digital product (website, social media setup, marketing campaigns, etc.) first.
• You will be given full access to test and review the work.
• We will make reasonable revisions based on your feedback until you are satisfied.
• Only after your written or explicit approval will we activate your subscription and start billing.
• Once you approve the final delivery and the subscription begins, the project is considered successfully completed and delivered.

2. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are recurring (monthly or yearly as chosen).
• Payment is charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing from the next cycle.
• Access to services continues until the end of the current paid period.
• No partial refunds are given for any unused portion of the current billing cycle.

3. Refund Policy

• No refunds are provided once you approve the delivered work and your subscription starts.
• Refunds are not applicable for custom development work that has been approved by you.
• You may cancel future payments by stopping the subscription from the next billing cycle.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate content, images, logos, business information, and access details (hosting, social media accounts, etc.) in a timely manner.
• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeline (maximum 7 days per review round unless otherwise agreed).
• Ensure all content you provide does not violate any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.
• Use the services only for lawful business purposes.
• Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials shared by us.

5. Our Responsibilities

We agree to:

• Deliver professional, functional, and visually appealing digital solutions as per the agreed scope.
• Maintain reasonable uptime and performance for hosted websites (where applicable).
• Provide ongoing support as per your chosen plan.
• Keep your business data secure and confidential.

6. Limitations of Liability

• Pie Digi Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities) arising from the use or inability to use our services.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the last 3 months.
• We are not responsible for any loss caused due to your failure to provide timely content, incorrect information, or changes made by you after approval.
• We do not guarantee specific business results such as number of visitors, leads, sales, or rankings, as these depend on multiple external factors.

7. Intellectual Property

• Once payment and approval are complete, you receive full ownership and usage rights of the final website design and developed content (excluding third-party tools, plugins, or stock assets).
• We retain the right to showcase your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your business name and logo for marketing purposes.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the subscription by providing notice as per the cancellation policy.
• In case of breach of these terms by the client, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately.
• Upon termination, you are responsible for any outstanding payments up to the end of the current billing cycle.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
